Before my Sedona trip in March 2026, there was a knowing.

In this episode, I unpack the intuitive pull that began while I was still in Kansas City—when my life was shifting in ways I couldn’t fully explain, and I kept hearing one clear direction: Go to Sedona.

I didn’t know why. I didn’t know how. But I followed it.
