Managing the Inner Critic to Find the Leader In You with Mamta Gera
EPISODE 86 • SEASON 00:54:13

“If it’s not challenging, then you’re not really learning either. It’s having those stretch goals, and it is really hard, which is why people stay where they are, because it’s easier. Of course it’s easier. But when you are challenging yourself, its super hard but if you do what you believe in, then it’s all worth it." The comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing new ever grows there. With so many changes happening around us, it can be easy to settle back and stay comfortable. Also trying  to not getting it wrong, you don’t need to take on every challenge that comes your way, but if its something you truly believe in, then why are you holding yourself back?

In this week, I’m joined by Mamta Gera as we discuss the ins and outs of life, how to take back control with your inner critic and positively navigate change. So that you can not only survive when faced with change, but have your own tactic to make sure you come out thriving.
