Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Tamika earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethune-Cookman University before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at South University. She is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in both cardiology and family practice, she is passionate about helping patients improve their health, prevent disease, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Beyond her clinical practice and entrepreneurial endeavors, Tamika is a proud wife and mother to a teenage son. She enjoys traveling, mentoring aspiring and established healthcare professionals, and creating content as a health and lifestyle influencer. Whether she's caring for patients, growing her business, mentoring the next generation of clinicians, or sharing wellness tips online, Tamika is driven by a mission to inspire, educate, and empower others to pursue their dreams while living healthier, more fulfilling lives.
