What's Good Podcast: Exploring the Minds of Dallas

Becoming Comfortable with Who You Are
EPISODE 12 • SEASON 6 00:17:37

For many people, it is difficult to embrace their true selves and not worry about what others think. When we are self-conscious, we tend to worry about what people think of us and our actions. Self-conscious emotions such as worry hinder us from living up to our full potential. It is important that we be comfortable with who we are in order to live happy lives. It can be hard at times, but it is worth it in the end because we have the tools to make us successful.

Welcome to the final episode of the What’s Good Podcast season 6 with your host, Brianna Jovahn. In today’s episode, I share the scenario that made me start being conscious about things and how I present myself to people. Moreover, I talk about what has changed since I started being comfortable with who I am and some tips on how to deal with self-conscious emotions and worry. Additionally, I share the latest on the What’s Good Podcast and the What’s Good Dallas platform.
